Stir-Fried Tofu with Shallots, Bittman Pg. 526
I lost my photos! :( I just got a new camera and clearly am still learning how to use it. Despite the lack of visual evidence, I really liked this recipe. It was pretty straight forward and didn't take a lot of time. With the stir fired tofu I prepared some brown rice to put the tofu and sauce over. I would recommend this recipe to someone who likes tofu, while the shallots, veggie stock, and soy sauce added a lot of flavor, the texture stayed about the same as raw tofu (which I know some people do not prefer).
