Pizza Crust/ Calzones

This week I chose make calzones. When reading through the recipe, they refer to the pizza crust recipe and I would just feel like a cheat if I got the store bought crust so I made both the crust and the calzones. I filled my calzones with cheese, mushrooms, and spinach. The recipe didn't call for any sauce but if I were to make them again, I would add some tomato sauce. I felt without it, the calzones were a little dry. Overall, they turned out well and I would make these again. I will be fun to experiment with different fillings!
