Hi All! So I just got home after two back to back so-so midterms on this gloom and doom Thursday and needless to say my brain needed a little break...and some grub.  

cue Bittman's Simmered Brussels Sprouts (page 546) 
 (added an onion for some extra flavor and omitted the bread crumbs to keep it healthy!)
I may have left them boiling just a titch too long, but I still really enjoyed these guys.

 Toss the sprouts in a pan with some well seasoned oil and you're good to go. 

Try if you'd like..I did!
