F.F.F.

What are you thankful for?

I know for me it can be broken down into what I like to call the 3 "F"s

FRIENDS who are there for me!
FAMILY that loves me!
and FOOD that fuels me! 

In honor of the holiday I got to celebrate with my Bailey hall family with some scrumptious home-cooked goodies potluck style. My contribution? Rice salad with squash, pecans, feta and crasins inspired by Mark Bittman's Rice Salad with dried fruit and pecans pg. 219.
*The dressing for the salad was a combination of honey, dijon mustard, orange juice, cider vinegar, salt, pepper, & canola oil :)






The leftovers were fantastic served over a nice bed of spinach!
