We had some house guests this weekend and were looking for an entertaining and productive way to spend our Saturday evening.  After some competitive bowling at Bryant Lake Bowl we decided to have a little pizza cooking contest back at the house!


I used Bittman's Basic Pizza Dough recipe on pg. 258 to get everyone started and from there, it was every man for himself with the smorgasbord of toppings and cheeses.  

Pepperoni Italian Sausage Bacon Fried Onions Mustard Greens Artichokes Sun-Dried Tomatoes Mozzerella Parmesan

 I obviously thought my own pizza (with Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Artichokes, Mustard Greens, Onions, and plenty of cheese) was the best, but to each their own...and we each had our own.
