Popcorn

Okay, I feel like this is a little too easy, but, I was in need of some comfort food and popcorn is my ultimate comfort food. I made this stove-top with olive oil. I like using olive oil because I think it adds a nice subtle taste. The recipe calls for butter I chose just to season the popcorn with salt. I figured if I was having a whole large bowl by myself I could skip out on the butter. Good news, it still tastes great! This is a super easy recipe and I think the popcorn is much better than microwave bags.
