...A Little Red Cabbage On The Side...

In an effort to experiment with more vegetables I decided to pick up a cabbage the last time I ventured to the grocery store.  And what a better time to cook it than with my family (Thursday night- Me, My Sister, and My Mother on speaker phone).  I scanned through our "text book" and found a recipe for Braised Cabbage which was super yummy.  The nutmeg gave the dish an autumn warmth.
