Challenge Recipe 4

I went to Whole Foods and purchased two talopia fillets, kalamota olives, blue cheese crumbles, organic baby spinach, and two potatoes. With it I made: baked potatoes a simple spinach, olive, and blue cheese salad with a drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice, and baked talopia fillet. The total cost was about $18, however, I still had spinach, olives, and cheese left over.
