This recipe can be found on Pg 325 of the Bittman book.
I wanted to try and make a meal without having to buy anything and just use what I already had in the kitchen. While this recipe was relatively basic, it was something I have never tried before. I did have to make a few short cuts in order to utilize what I had. I used garlic powder instead of fresh garlic, bottled lemon juice instead of fresh lemons, and cooked frozen shrimp instead of fresh shrimp. To make it a full meal, I also made some brown rice and roasted zucchinis. Despite the short cuts, it turned out quite good and my roommates enjoyed it as well.
