Peeling Garlic with Metal Bowls

Hi Foodie Friends,

Here is the video on how to peel garlic using two metal bowls.  Like I said in lab, my roommates and I tried it and we had to do a kind of wild dance/shake thing around the kitchen to make it happen... but it worked!  And it was definitely more fun than peeling it by hand.  Give it a shot sometime and see if it works for you.
