Bittman Pg. 21
So I was brainstorming what appetizers I could make for a little pre-Thanksgiving snack. Last year was a veggie tray arranged to look like a turkey, hard to top, I know. I like feta cheese and I like dips so what could be better? The recipe is very straight forward and basically entails chopping and mixing. I substituted greek yogurt for sour cream for a healthier option but I think I sacrificed taste by doing so. I like the dip but didn't love it.
